1April 2020-The SEI Committee was tasked to create a revised survey for SP20 as per request of the Deans Council. Dr. Bauer discussed the request with Office of Institutional Assessment staff and Nancy Autin, Chair SEI Committee. The SEI Committee met to discuss revisions then sent proposed revisions to deans. Deans crafted final instrument.

2Check with Institutional Assessment on adjusting these two statements to accommodate variety of FA20 delivery method options (On campus, hyflex, hybrid, remote, online).
