I. Call to Order

II. Quorum Call

• About 47 members attending.

III. Agenda Approval (P. Auter)

• No opposed or abstain.

IV. Welcome and Report from Executive Officer (P. Auter)

• All proposed policies will now pass through the FS for comment.
• Slate of University Committees almost ready. We will need runoffs in some cases and additional people for others.
• Legislative Task Force meeting postponed again.
• Ad Hoc on Promotion (L. Orr)
  • Survey results in. Committee reading draft language and will start revisions.
• University going to second factor authentication. Leah Orr is working with Gene Fields on options for this.

V. Minutes Approval (D. Baker, I. Berkley)

• September minutes approved with one abstention.

• Concern was noted regarding the Turning Point's speaker slated for later October.
