i. The charge of the Ad Hoc committee on Faculty Salary and Compensation is to
create a policy on Faculty Salary and Compensation. This policy shall meet the
principles as defined by AAUP and will be developed after review of faculty salary
and compensation policies from a minimum of four universities listed as peer or
aspirational peer institutions in the UL Lafayette Strategic Plan. The policy will be
sent to the Ways and Means Committee by March of 2020.
