The SEI Committee was tasked to create a revised survey for SP20 as per request of the Deans Council.  Dr. Bauer discussed the request with Office of Institutional Assessment staff and Nancy Autin, Chair SEI Committee.  The SEI Committee met to discuss revisions then sent proposed revisions to deans.  Deans devised final instrument.
On Wednesday, April 22, faculty received an email from the Office of Institutional Assessment with notification of survey opening and closing dates and a PDF link to the new SP20 SEI.   The email indicated the revised course evaluation survey combines some questions from the previous course evaluation instrument with additional questions related to the transition to remote delivery.
SEIs opened on Wednesday, April 22. SEIs will close at midnight on Sunday, May 3.
Students received an email reminder on Monday, April 27.   Students will receive another reminder on Friday, May 1.
Faculty received an email regarding the current response rate for each course today, Wednesday, April 29.
Due to technical difficulties between Moodle and Class Climate software, both Student and Instructor dashboards on Moodle are disabled.  Hence, emails are sent through UL email to students and faculty.
